The diaphragm pump has been installed and works excellent! We reduced the time required to fill one resin pressure vessel from about 40 to 45 minutes down to five to six minutes depending on the quantity of parts inside the vessel. Excellent work in sizing the pump. I thought the flow rate was a bit high at first but after running the system the flow rate is pretty much perfect for the process.
