Xomox's process ball valves are specifically designed to provide superior emission control. The patented S2 live loaded spherical stem seal offers unparalleled stem sealing capability and maximum protection against stem leakage due to side loading.
Documented performance, under actual service conditions, of more than 3 million cycles without measurable stem leakage. Xomox's Process Ball Valves are available in one piece, two piece or three piece designs.

XOMOX® Process One Piece Ball Valves

Xomox process Ball Valves are available in one-piece flanged, two-piece flanged, and three-piece screwed, socket-welded, and butt-weld ends configurations.
Xomox Ball Valves provide tight shutoff from vacuum through rated pressure at temperatures from -20 degrees F to 450 degrees F.
ASME One Piece, Class 150 and Class 300
Standard Port Ball Valve
Patented S2 spherical stem seal assures superior stem sealing.
Live Loaded Packing:
The Xomox Process Valve offer Belleville washers that are live load both the stem packing and the S2 seal providing
maximum stem sealing performance on high cycle applications.
Dual Body Gaskets:
A chemically inert PTFE inner seal provides maximum sealing under normal operation. The secondary graphite seal
provides positive sealing in the event of a fire.
The Xomox diamond shaped, thermally assisted PTFE body seal, will seal at all temperatures in its design range,
even during thermal cycling. To enhance the seal, this unique design takes advantage of the differences in the
rates of thermal expansion between the PTFE and the metal to enhance the seal.
Castings
Development of casting is to ASTM E-446 Level II standards. By meeting these stringent casting requirements, the
Xomox Process Ball Valve matches the same quality standards as all Xomox valve products.
ISO Mounting Pads
ISO 5211 mounting pad top & bottom makes installation on Xomox Ball Valves and mounting of actuators simple and economical.
Fugitive Emmisions Module
A Fugitive Emmision Module is available for severe service applications providing additional stem seal protection and
monitoring capabilities. The interface matches the valve making it field convertible with existing mounting kit or handle.
Fire Tested
Xomox F.T. Ball Valves meet both through valve and external leakage requirements of API 607, 4th edition.
Seat Standardization
All Xomox Ball Valves are supplied with TFM® seats as standard, reducing the need for multiple seat options.
