Flowserve VTP Vertical Turbine Pumps
Flowserve's VTP vertical turbine pumps are a diffuser type, single or multiple stage design for continuous service in wet pit and deep well applications. With more than 300 bowl and impeller designs, the VTP provides unsurpassed hydraulic coverage to ensure the best pump selection for a wide variety of services. Suction Bell is designed to provide efficient liquid flow into the eye of the first stage impeller. Bowl Bearings, with high length to diameter ratio, on either side of the impeller provide rigid support for the bowl shaft. Optional Bowl and Enclosed Impeller Wear Rings provide means to renew clearances and pump efficiency.

Flowserve ESP2 Overhung, Vertical Immersion Sump Pumps
The ESP2 pump is a vertical immersion, open impeller type pump designed for wet pit applications in waste handling, effluent handling and liquid transfer. This rugged, single-stage pump is available in either simplex or duplex mounting configurations. The pumps are available in either simplex or duplex configurations. Impellers are precision cast in carbon steel or 316 SS steel of the semi-open design. They are single plane spin balanced and hydraulically balanced, externally adjustable, threaded to the shaft against rotation and “O” ring sealed. Higher alloy precision cast impellers are available as standard options.

How the Wemco Chop-Flow Pump Works
Solids, fibrous and other hard to pump materials are pulled into the pump suction. Before these materials enter the pump impeller vanes, they are cut by the action of the rotating impeller against the stationary cutter plate, so they easily pass through the pump after being chopped several hundred times per minute.
