For over 20 years, we have been providing state of the art valve automation to many different industries from Manufacturing, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Wastewater, Hospitals, Refineries, Steel plants and more. Our product line consists of a complete offering of automated valve assemblies. In addition, we offer complete valve automation services where we supply valve assemblies designed around your specified products or your particular applications.
Valve Automation Diagram
The Limit Switch is a visual sign which indicates whether the valve is open or closed.
The Positioner allows the valve to open to a specified angle, between 0 and 90 degrees.
The Actuator is used to open and close the valve.
The Mounting Kit is composed of a bracket, bolt and couplings to connect the shafts of the valve, actuator and limit switch.
Valve Limit Switches
The rotary limit switch enclosure provides visual and remote electrical indication of valve position. Constructed of diecast aluminum, it provides explosion proof protection. It is available with a wide range of positioners and position transmitters.
The pneumatic positioner provides accurate valve positioning with advanced features. The housing is constructed from highly corrosion resistant resin, making it suitable for a wide range of corrosive applications. It is available with many options, including: limit switches, position feedback transmitters, speed controls, and visual position indicators.
Our products range from pneumatic actuators, electric actuators, compact actuators and a wide range of control accessories. Product development is based on modular construction that allows for fast delivery from stock components and easy upgrade to control units.
Valve Mounting Kits
Many customers have asked us to mount controllers, monitors and switches to just about every type of valve and actuator available. As a result, we have hundreds of different mounting kit designs available for you. Whether your valve application is rotary or linear, in production or out, Corrosion Fluid Products will have a mounting kit that suits your valve automation needs.
We can supply you with the valve or control that meets your processing needs. We have one of the largest inventories of valves in the Midwest. From gate valves, actuators and controls, ball, plug & butterfly, clamp & pinch, diaphragm and globe valves, we have the valve you need.
The solenoid is an electromagnetic part of a valve, comprised of a coil, coretube, core and enclosure. We offer the world’s largest selection of 2, 3 and 4-way solenoid valves, designed to handle the most demanding fluid control applications.
Air Fittings & Hose Applications
Air hose fittings affect the performance of compressed air devices to a very large extent. Even hoses that have a consistent airflow are rendered useless without the proper fittings. Air hose fittings differ in design from one another based on the kinds of hoses and the types of applications for which they are intended.
The materials used in the construction of air hose fittings also vary based on the environment in which the fittings will be used. The contents of a given hose will also play a role in determining the correct fitting or accessory.
