    The Intrepid offers fast, validatable tank rinsing with 80% less water than the standard spray ball at the SAME pressure. This type of cleaning (fast and thorough without the use of chemicals) is ideal for cleaning light liquids and powders. A 500 gallon tank that once took 10 minutes at 60 psi and 60 gpm with a spray ball now takes 4 minutes with only 15 gpm at the same pressure. In addition to the 510 gallons of water saved, the tank will be cleaned thoroughly, every time without clogging.

    Unlike traditional Gamajet rotary impingement tank cleaners, the Intrepid utilizes a unique "direct-drive" design, requiring no gear reduction. However, the machine still applies concentrated streams in a complete, 360-degree pattern, like all other Gamajet machines. Patents have been applied for this unique direct drive design.

    The new Gamajet VI is designed specifically to meet the demands of the beverage, food, pharmaceutical and personal care products industries for a non-lubricated, contaminant-free cleaning unit. Using the cleaning solution as a lubricant, the consistent and reproducible spray pattern of the Gamajet VI can be monitored to ensure reproducible and repeatable cleaning cycles that provide the thorough and verifiable cleaning demanded by these industries.

    Its compact size fits through a standard 3" (7.62 cm) sanitary fitting, and its light weight of 4 lbs. (1.81 kg) makes for easy handling and maneuverability. The unit incorporates design features that minimize leakage and ensure that up to 97% of the cleaning solution passes through the unit and is utilized in the cleaning process.     The NanoJet is a revolutionary rotary impingement cleaner, small enough to fit through a 2" tri-clover inlet connection. This machine is capable of both portable and permanent installation. The NanoJet's sanitary design, makes it ideal for cleaning small tanks with sanitary requirements such as food, beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care and nutraceutical applications.

    Although small in clearance (1.87"), this machine is highly durable and powerful, cleaning tanks up to 10’ in diameter using the same patentened technology as other Gamajet machines, rotary impingement tank cleaning. Meaning, it is entirely fluid-driven with no external motors and allows for fast and reliable operation in a repeatable, reliable and verifiable pattern.

    Clean Fuel Starts with Clean Tanks

    With newer fuels being less stable and breaking down over time, fuel storage tanks are at a much higher risk of microbial contamination. Gamajet provides multiple solutions for fuel tank cleaning. For tanks larger than 1250 gallons there is the Gamajet X, for smaller tanks under 1250 gallons, there is the Alpha FP.

    The AlphaFP was designed to clean and polish fuel tanks both above and below ground. This machine fits easily inside the fuel storage tank where its powerful rotary jets blast away any contaminants and break up dirt and sludge. This powerful Gamajet is the only machine with enough power to clean 100% of the interior, yet small enough to fit through standard inlets. To make things more convenient we also designed the AlphaJet, an all in one portable system, which includes the necessary pumps and filters for your tank cleaning and polishing.

    Gamajet's Most Powerful Tank Cleaning Machine

    Our largest automated tank cleaner, the Gamajet IV "GT" is designed to clean larger sized tanks with diameters of over 15' (4.57 m). Developed and upgraded from the proven Gamajet III, the IV "GT" is a hydraulically driven rotary tank cleaning machine that revolves 360° in both horizontal and vertical planes. Synchronized solid jets provide a tight and thorough scouring pattern covering all interior tank surfaces in one complete cycle.

    The IV "GT" is available in stainless steel or silicon bronze with a choice of oil-lubricated or flow-thru (wash fluid lubricated) gearboxes. Gear trains are designed to maximize wear life which offers improved reliability and reduced downtime.

    A choice of twelve nozzle sizes, various hydraulic turbines and stators along with two gear systems, offer a wide operating range of flow rates, nozzle rotation speeds, and wash cycles. The IV "GT" is fully capable of high concentration chemical recirculation cleaning or high pressure – low volume water jet scrubbing in fixed CIP automated systems.

    NEW! Gamajet PowerFLEX Tank Cleaning / Washing Spray Devices
    The most powerful and durable, low pressure rotary impingement tank cleaning machine.

    Weighing in at 10 lbs, the Gamajet PowerFLEX is one-third the size of traditional rotary tank cleaners, but equally as powerful and versatile. The key to the PowerFLEX's durability and power, is the over-sized sealed gearhead that turns and optimizes the machine. By utilizing a larger gearhead, the machine is capable of much lower pressures and higher flows than other tank cleaning machines.

    The Gamajet PowerFLEX uses the same cleaning pattern as other Gamajet machines, scouring 100% of the tank, every time, but runs 20-30% longer in between preventative maintenance intervals. The Gamajet PowerFLEX is capable of cleaning heavily soiled tanks up to 20' in diameter, and lightly soiled tanks up to 50' in diameter. The PowerFLEX is made with all FDA Compliant materials and is designed to be completely self draining and flushing, making it perfect for all types of applications.
