Systems can be configured to close valves within 10 seconds or less in the event of a gas leak, car or container movement, security breach, fire alarm, seismic event, or numerous other circumstances.

    Powell Valve Closure Systems are superior to any other emergency shutdown system available on the market. Powell offers several brackets designed to adapt to a variety of valve types, making the systems compatible with an extensive list of hazardous gasses.     The UniPro™ R is designed to stand alone as a complete system, or to integrate and interface with existing unloading components. The manual activation lever allows the operator to open and close the valve on demand. The included air supply hose has a safety swing coupling to ensure a secure connection between actuator and gas supply.

    REVERSIBLE
    Easily opens tightly closed valves with just a pull on the lever. No need for T-bars and spanners. Pushing the lever in the opposite direction closes the valve. Reversible feature requires an additional air line (90 psig) and does not interfere with emergency operation mode. Designed for high-torque valves only.
