    For over 30 years, Durco T-LINE® plug valves have been the most preferred fluoropolymer lined valves in the business. The Durco T-LINE® has as much as ten times the sealing area as other lined valves and seals both up and downstream. The PFA diaphragm, reverse lip design, provides static and self-adjusting dynamic stem seal. The high density, one-piece, PTFE liner protects the body and forms the flange gasket.

    Flowserve Durco G4 Sleeveline Teflon-Lined Plug Valves

    The non-lubricated plug valve for the most corrosive and difficult chemical services where drop-tight shutoff is an absolute requirement. All Durco G4 SLEEVELINE valves offer the proven reliability of the plug/PTFE sleeve primary seal with a PFA diaphragm secondary seal. The unique reverse lip diaphragm provides a self-energizing dynamic stem seal where pressure activates the reverse lip to seal against the stem. It also provides a static seal by wedging against the stem with an interference fit.

The Durco TSG4 meets or exceeds the federal Clean Air Act fugitive emissions regulations at one-third to one-half the cost of bellows sealed valves. With its true stuffing box design, the Durco TSG4 easily handles tough services such as chlorine, anhydrous HCI and hydrofluoric acid.

    XOMOX® Tufline® Teflon-Lined Plug Valves

    Xomox's 2-way and 3-way fully lined plug valves feature an encapsulated plug rotating in a fully lined body. Superior PFA lining economically handles the most corrosive fluids. Fluctuations in processing temperatures or chemical concentration also have little or no effect on our lining.

    Locked in liner:
    The 2 way class 150 lined plug valve offers a melt processible PFA that is locked into cast grooves, machined slots, and cast holes in the body and plug castings. This helps prevent liner collapse in vacuum conditions and blow out in high pressure conditions in conjunction with high temperature.

    Cavity-free Design:
    Cavities are absent in open and closed positions. This prevents accumulation of particulate matter and makes the valve ideal for slurry applications.

    Large seal area:
    The seal from this plug valve is created by the interface between the plug and the body liner. The outside of the plug and the inside of the body cavity are at a 2° taper. The wedge action results in a tight shut-off. Because the seal is created due to compression, the valve is bi-directional and seals on both, upstream and downstream sides.

    Double atmospheric seal:
    The primary seal of the plug valve is between the plug and body liner. The secondary seal is an inverted V-lip arrangement which is pressure assisted. This ensures excellent seal to atmosphere.

    In-line adjustment:
    The three adjustment bolts in the top cover can be utilized to improve in-line sealability. These bolts have to be tightened in order to push the plug down and create a tight shut-off. Downtime can be drastically reduced.

    Sleeved plug valves are non-lubricated quarter-turn valves that achieve sealing through the use of a compressible sleeve as a sealing member. In many applications they operate virtually maintenance free for decades.

    XOMOX sleeved plug valves are used for on/off and throttling service in demanding process applications with media temperatures ranging from -20°F to 600°F. Standard sizes from 1/2" to 24", ANSI classes 150,300 & 600. Body & plug materials range from ductile iron and stainless steel to the most exotic alloys.
