    Since its introduction, Milton Roy's series of metering pumps have provided users with superior metering performance in a compact package. Enhanced and improved over the years, the mRoy is the industry standard for high performance, durability and reliability in the most demanding applications.

    General Specifications:
    • Designed for continuous operation in industrial applications
    • Hydraulic "by-pass" mechanism actuates PTFE diaphragm
    • Very compact package with small footprint
    • Capacity adjustment from 0 to 100% of rated flow with ±1% steady state accuracy over a 10:1 turndown ration
    • High performance single and double check valves
    • Integral over-pressure safety valve

    Mechanically Actuated Diaphragm (MAD) Liquid Ends

    Economical and robust, the MacRoy series of metering pumps dose all traditional liquids used in water treatment and industrial processes including: acids, bases, chlorinated products, coagulants, and other products. They feature a cost-effective mechanically actuated diaphragm liquid end that eliminates the risk of hydraulic oil contamination in the even of a diaphragm rupture. The absence of contour plates in this liquid end results in "straight-thru" flow ideal for handling polymers and slurries.

    Features:
    • Multi-function discharge valve for pressure relief, back pressure, purge, & bleed
    • Front-end scavenging drive design for full evacuation of process fluid regardless of pump capacity setting
    • Unique motor controller available for automatic control from either a pulse or 4-20 ma signal
