    PureFlex Task-Line® PTFE (Teflon) Gaskets

    TASK-LINE® DESIGN
Through a proprietary process, FDA-approved, pure virgin PTFE (Teflon) resin is compression molded around and through a 304 stainless steel, perforated metal insert. After oven sintering, every gasket undergoes a 15,000-volt spark test to check for pinholes. The porous-free PTFE resin 100% encapsulates the stainless insert, isolating it from any fluid contact while in service.

PureFlex TASK-LINE® gaskets have a temperature range of cryogenic to +400°F (consult factory for higher temperatures) and are chemically resistant to: all acids, all chlorides all sulfates all bleach solutions, all solvents, all phenols, all caustics, and all peroxides. They are leak-free and bubble-tight and can be used in your pipes over and over without sacrificing sealing ability. TASK-LINE® gaskets have zero corrosion rates which contribute to lower life-cycle costs when compared to envelope or solid gasket types.

    Product Benefits:
    • Maximum protection
    • Zero corrosion rate
    • No retorquing after installation
    • Blowout protection
    • No fabrication or waste
    • Reusable
    • Non-porus
    • Seats easily / releases easily
    • Cryogenic to +400°F (204°C)
Availability: MI, IA, IL, IN, OH, WI

PureFlex Task-Line® PTFE (Teflon) Grounding Paddles

    TASK-LINE® DESIGN
Through a proprietary process, static dissipating PTFE (Teflon) resin is compression molded around and through a 304 stainless steel, perforated, metal insert. After oven sintering, the porous-free, static-dissipating PTFE resin 100% encapsulates the stainless insert, isolating it from any fluid contact while in service. TASK-LINE® lined pipe grounding paddles have conductivity / static dissipating properties (volume resistivity) of less that or equal to 10/6ohm-cm

PureFlex TASK-LINE® lined pipe grounding paddles have a temperature range from cryogenic to +400°F and are chemically resistant to: all chloride's, all sulfates, all bleach solutions, all solvents, all phenols, all caustics, and all peroxides. Their unusual non-stick property eliminates/reduces ion formation, oxidation and scale build-up, all of which can render alloy paddles useless. TASK-LINE® grounding paddles come complete in kit form with everything needed for a quick and easy installation.

    Product Benefits:
    • Save over 60% in procurement and installation
    • Protects lined piping and instrumentation
    • Zero corrosion rate
    • Blowout protection
    • Non-porus
    • Eliminates scrap waste
    • Seats easily
    • Comes complete in kit form
Availability: MI, IA, IL, IN, OH, WI

PureFlex Task-Line® PTFE (Teflon) Line Blockers for Piping Systems

    TASK-LINE® DESIGN
Through a proprietary process, FDA-approved, pure virgin PTFE (Teflon) resin is compression molded around and through a heavy-gage, 304 stainless steel, perforated, metal insert. After oven sintering, the porous-free PTFE resin 100% encapsulates the stainless insert, isolating it from and fluid contact while in service.

PureFlex Task-Line® Line Blockers have a temperature range from cryogenic to +400°F and are chemically resistant to: all acids, all chlorides, all sulfates, all bleach solutions, all solvents, all phenols, all caustics, and all peroxides. They are leak-free and bubble-tight and can be used over and over without sacrificing sealing ability. TASK-LINE® pipeline fluid blockers also have zero corrosion rates which contribute to lower life-cycle costs when compared to competitive alloy paddles.

    Product Benefits:
    • Save over 75% in procurement and installation
    • Quick and easy installation
    • No gaskets required
    • No fabrication / waste
    • Zero corrosion rate
    • Blowout protection
    • Reusable
    • Non-porous
    • Seats easily / releases easily

    Flowserve Atomac Teflon-Lined Pipe Strainer

The ASF combines a PFA lined body with an ETFE filter screen supported between TFE cylinders for a chemically impermeable assembly to remove small solids from the process stream.Standard mesh is 60 (300 micron).Optional mesh: 169 (100 micron);35 (500 micron); 19 (1,000 micron). Other mesh openings on request.

    Flow Characteristics
The flow path through the filter insert is a larger area than the original pipe cross-section. This minimizes possible pressure loss.

    Corrosion-Resistance
This design offers the same outstanding corrosion resistant properties as the FEP or PFA lining material.

    Features
    • Easy Servicing and Maintenance: The filter insert can be changed or cleaned without removing the strainer from the line.
    • The residual fluid in the insert area can be removed by means of the PTFE drain plug.
    • An optional ball valve may be specified in place of the PTFE drain plug.

    Fike Rupture Discs

A Fike Rupture Disc (also known as a bursting disc) is a non-reclosing pressure relief device, which provides a leak-tight seal. If a vessel's internal pressure rises to a predetermined level, the rupture disc bursts, providing an instantaneous, unobstructed full relief, preventing overpressure disasters and damaged equipment.
