Pureflex 100 Series Advanced Composite Ball Check Valves
Check Valve Body
One piece massive valve body is light weight, rugged and is corrosion resistant on the outside as it is on the inside to resist environmental attack. Available in fiberglass or carbon graphite reinforced vinyl ester or Z-CORE® epoxy materials. The valve body meets ANSI B16.10 and flange connections are compliant to ASME B16.5 Class 150. Other flange drilling options are available.
Check Valve Ball
Check valve ball is manufactured from virgin PTFE and is available in solid or hollow construction. The solid PTFE ball needs just over 1 psi to unseat when the valve is in the vertical position.
Check Valve Seat
Check Valve seat is manufactured from virgin PTFE and is designed for tight trouble free sealing in your most demanding applications. The seat is easily field repairable with only the end cap needing removal.

Flowserve Atomac Lined Ball Check Valves - ARV2 & ARL
ARV2 and ARL ball check valves are fully lined with fluoropolymer resin. No wetted metal parts are used. The valves are immune to most aggressive chemicals and are used in place of expensive exotic alloys such as titanium, Hastelloy, etc. The Flowserve Atomac ball check valve can be installed either vertically or horizontally, dependent upon application.
Full Port Design: The full port design offers excellent flow characteristics to minimize pressure loss. Low Opening Pressure: The minimum opening pressure required to unseat the ball in the vertical position is 0.07 bar (1 psi).Safety Glass: For those applications requiring a higher flow capacity, Atomac check valve type ARV/SG should be considered.
Features
- Universal Application
- Solid PTFE Ball: The ball has the same properties asthe FEP or PFA lining material.
- Borosilicate glass, in accordance with DIN 7080, is utilized to withstand temperatures, mechanical stress and corrosion.

Crane Check Valves
In almost every piping system, there is a need for backflow prevention. Most piping systems utilize pumps or compressors to generate needed pressure for movement of line fluids or gases. When rotating equipment stops, flow reversal or backflow occurs. Check valves are used to stop backflow and protect rotating equipment or other mechanical devices from the sudden backflow surges that may occur. To satisfy your needs, specify Crane Check Valves — the worldwide leader of valves manufactured for the prevention of backflow.

XOMOX® Lined Check Valves
Availability: Pennsylvania, Ohio
Xomox Lined Swing check, Ball check, Piston check and Poppet check have PFA as standard lining and use the cast dovetail recesses and machined grooves to lock the liner to the body casting.
Xomox fully lined products are a reliable alternative to expensive alloy valves.
Lined Swing Check Valves
Fully Lined wafer swing check valves are ideal for use in totally
lined piping systems or to replace costly high alloy valves in
corrosion applications. The valve can be mounted horizontally
or vertically with upward flow.
Tufline wafer swing check valves are of two piece construction
with only one moving part. Integral hinge pins fit into the valve
body recess. There are no springs or pins to corrode or wear.
Lined 45 Degree Ball Check Valves
The unique construction of the Tufline 45° ball check valve permits
unobstructed flow through the valve as the ball rides in a 45° guide,
out of the path of the media. The valve provides a large Cv
coefficient. A tight seal against backflow is assured. It can be
mounted horizontally or vertically with upward flow.
Lined Ball Check Valves
This valve can be installed in vertical pipe with upward flow. The patented
ball seating design also provides for horizontal installation.
Lined Piston Check Valves
Tufline lined piston check valves feature a spring loaded plug to provide
an automatic seal against backflow. It is especially well suited for low
pressure applications and can be installed in any orientation.
Lined Vertical Poppet Check Valves
Vertical Lined Poppet Check Valves are plastic-lined for handling corrosives and high-purity fluids.
They are extremely effective in preventing back-pressure or backflow, featuring a
low 0.5 psi (0.03 bar) cracking pressure differential, and are capable of handling
pressures to 275 psi (19bar).
Since Tufline Check Valves have only one moving part, they are less likely to need
maintenance. Because every surface in contact with fluid is made of, or covered
with, a thick layer of plastic, corrosion and contamination are virtually eliminated.
They also have full pipe diameter ports and provide minimal obstruction in the flow path.
The poppet-type design eliminates problems that occur in some check valves
with pockets that can trap fluid.
Lined Horizontal Poppet Check Valves
Horizontal Check Valves are plastic-lined for handling corrosives and high-purity fluids.
They are extremely effective in preventing back-pressure or backflow, featuring a
low 0.5 psi (0.03 bar) cracking pressure differential, and are capable of handling
pressures to 275 psi (19bar).
